Acquisition/Marketing Associate

 

Reports To: Director of Acquisitions and Marketing

 

Compensation:30K Plus Benefits 

 

Qualifications:

 

1.  Education College Graduate or Pursuing a College Degree.

 

2.  Experience  Finance, Accounting, Marketing and General Business.

3.  Skills Assist the Acquisitions Manager in Real Estate Investment Transaction:

· Ability to think creatively regarding marketing campaigns and how to drive the bottom line.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize.

· Strong organization skills.

· Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.

· Understanding of basic real estate investment calculation

· Ability to read a Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet and Income Statement.

· Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher,  Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project

 

 

4.  Essential Job Functions

· Support Director of Marketing in the implementation of leasing and acquisitions marketing plan.

· Create new and refine existing marketing materials and techniques in order to drive NOI.

· Support Director of Acquisitions in the analysis and purchase of retail and office properties.

· Assist a growing, entrepreneurial company in day to day operations.

 

5.  Licenses  A valid driver’s license.

 

6.  Training  On the job training in various finance and acquisition related areas

 

7.  Attendance Salaried Employee
