Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)
ABM Inc. is seeking for a friendly, outgoing, self motivated, detail oriented and energetic individual with great organizational and communication skills to work in a fast paced environment. The person selected for the position will perform a wide range of duties in a efficient manner, including filing, faxing, photocopying, helping with payroll, answering phones & screening phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, coordinate the new hiring process, provide administrative support for multiple managers and staff, manage routine and time sensitive matters, long-term projects and confidential issues, process mail and more.
The ideal candidate will have solid computer skills, ability to learn new software programs, ensligh-spanish bilingual, great job stability, excellent references, at least must have worked two years in a similar role and a CAN DO attitude. This position will have frequent exposure to our clients so qualified candidates will have very professional written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve, and professional appearance. This is a full time position for a long-term employee, hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
