Administrative Assistant to EVP of HR - $45K + Benefits

Leading communications firm is looking for a focused Administrative Assistant to support the EVP of HR and become an integral part of their Manhattan team!  Career Group Inc., premier staffing agency in New York, is currently interviewing NYC’s leading candidates for this high-profile role with one of our top clients.  Oversee a wide variety of administrative tasks and keep things running smoothly in this fast-paced office.  Core functions include processing all incoming information, coordinating a high volume of international and domestic travel itineraries, assisting with meeting preparation and set up, and performing a range of essential administrative functions.

 

The ideal candidate will be ready to use his or her strong administrative skill set and solid background of experience to increase the productivity of this hardworking staff.  If you have a highly professional demeanor, a passion for managing details, and excellent multitasking skills, we’d love to see your resume!  Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required, and a college degree is highly preferred.
