PROJECT ASSISTANT

Master Mechanical, Inc., a contractor located in Eagan, seeks an individual to provide administrative support to a team of project managers. Responsibilities include acquiring job plans and permits, obtaining insurance certificates, maintaining job books, preparing operation and maintenance manuals, job close-out paper work and related accounting tasks. Other responsibilities include purchase order administration, preparing subcontract agreements, assisting with job bids, phone coverage, courier service and other assigned tasks.

Candidates must have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Preference will be given to candidates with previous job cost accounting experience and knowledge of industry terminology and procedures.
