Administrator, Utility Business Process

The Davey Tree Expert Company, a green industry leader for over 100 years, provides residential and commercial landscape care and design, utility line clearance, and related consulting services from operations throughout North America.  We currently have a career opportunity in the Kent, Ohio office for an Administrator, Utility Business Process.

 

The Administrator, Utility Business Process will assist utility operations management with the development of bids, cost/production monitoring, analysis, and performance planning.  This position will be responsible for such duties as:  analyzing financial data and operating results, recommending measures to improve performance and increase efficiency, preparing and submitting various management reports, production monitoring, developing and preparing contract bids, developing and monitoring utility business plans and budgets, performing strategic business research and analysis, and performing competitive market analysis.

 

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of three years related experience.  Other qualifications include a high level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and presentation development; excellent oral, written, and listening skills; good analytical and negotiation skills; and a team player who interacts effectively with senior management, peers, and subordinates.
