Administrator of Sales & Purchase Contracts Needed in Las Colinas!

General Responsibilities: Coordinates the shipments with the recycling branches, traders and customers. Involves heavy telephone work. Position requires multi-tasking and must be able to prioritize duties. Essential Functions: •Maintenance of Sales and Purchase contracts, verifying accuracy of prices and terms. Posting amendments and necessary changes in system. Maintain a position that orders are being shipped and filled correctly. •Scheduling delivery appointments for the branches with the customer and prepare detailed shipment notification. •Create invoices for all shipments. •Manage related correspondence for each invoice. •Additional responsibilities as required. Requirements ~Verifiable 1-3+ years experience in aministrative/clerical work (preferably working with contracts). ~Competency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, 10 Key (testing provided). ~Ability to work your scheduled hours plus overtime (when necessary).
