Allocation Analyst

Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for an Allocation Analyst that will work out of our offices in North Dallas.  This position will be reporting to the Manager of Allocation.

 

Position Responsibilities:

•Allocate incoming merchandise to each store according to unique attributes and open-to-ship.

•Partner with Buyers on allocation strategies to address special issues or opportunities.

•Work closely with warehouse personnel to maximize flow to stores, ensuring advertised product arrives in store on a timely basis

•Review sales and inventory performance by store against plan and recommend actions where appropriate.

Position Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year current experience working with allocation systems.

•Strong oral and written communication skills.

•Highly proficient in creating/maintaining Excel Spreadsheets, working with Windows and Office 2000 applications.

•Strong analytical / creative problem solving skills.

•Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment working with all levels of management.
