Company located in the Voorhees and Mt. Laurel areas of New Jersey is seeking an Analyst Business. This company services water throughout the United States and Canada. 

Earn a salary of $44,000 - $56,000 at this full-time, direct hire position.

Job Description: Serve as an analyst for multiple projects through design and implemenation of projects in the area of assets, operations, customer service and back office. Will be assisting to ensure that the development and implementation of activities are completed successfully and on time.  Work as liasion between various departments -- IT anaylsts, project managers,  vendors and consultants -- to develop detailed project requirements, business process designs, configure applications, develop interface designs, test scenarios and scripts for execution. Provide expertise to ensure projects are well defined and executed to provide maximum functionality to end users. Participate in going live - field implementation. Provide guidance and expertise in the development of change management program. Complete daily project details including purchasing, equipment installation, oversight and problem solving. 

Requirements: Bachelors degree or Associate degree with equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Empowered as a decision maker, well respected in the organization and able to communicate at all levels of the company. Ability to work in diversified teams and to guide and motivate project teams' members. In-depth knowledge of customer, back office (accounting, HR, procurement, etc.) operations and or asset processes across regions. Broad knowledge of business processes. Working knowledge of office productivity tools such as MS Office Suite. 3 or more years experience in water and or wastewater operations or engineering, customer or back office functions. Project delivery experience is desired.
