Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Analyst, Sr Business Process - 100646 - Maple Grove, MN - 0300 Job Description:Job Purpose: Primary focus is providing analytical SAP/BW support for Operations. Works under limited supervision with general instructions given on new assignments.Key Responsibilities:1. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.2. Lead and facilitate in identifying areas for process improvement and establishing effective and efficient processes. Definition and documentation of detailed business requirements for project requests.3. Work with the users/GIS team to define and test SAP functionality.4. Acts as the primary liaison between Operations personnel and GIS.5. Works with GIS team and across plant network in the SCR project prioritization process.6. Provide ongoing user assistance and communication to support for SAP/BW.7. Perform cross-functional impact assessments of requested system and process changes.8. Prepare and deliver training materials for business applications as needed.9. Provides expertise with developing solutions that will meet all the business and organizational needs.10. Maintain documentation for business applications and processes.Qualifications: BS/BA or equivalent in previous work experience 5-8 years experience in an operations environment Experience facilitating, gathering and documenting of business requirements SAP knowledge/experience Proven analytical and problem solving skills Ability to handles multiple tasks at one time Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to elevate issue to upper levels of management Takes responsibility to solve problems/drive projects by gathering information from business.Job Experience:5-8 years experience in an Operations environment.Minimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 yearsExpected Travel Time: NoneThis company may offer relocation assistance.
