Anatomic Pathology Supervisor Department: Laboratory Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st shift Hours: Job Details: Provides leadership to areas of responsibility by developing a vision that is aligned with the mission and vision of the CSM Organization. Articulates the vision of the organization to develop a shared purpose of work and a sense of teamwork. Ensures that the department provides quality and cost-effective services to its customers. Coaches the staff, providing ongoing feedback to individuals and to the department. Develop relationships with others inside and outside of the department/organization to further the mission of the organization.

HT (ASCP)Histologist, CT (ASCP) Cytotechnologist, or MT (ASCP) Medical Technologist. 3+ years of Anatomic Pathology experience. Previous hospital laboratory experience. ASCP or NCA Certified. Working knowledge of CAP certification requirements. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and hospital departments. Proven leadership and customer service skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Familiarity with reimbursement applications and medical necessity. Supervisory experience preferred.
