Job Description: Able to lead, leverage resources and establish realistic plans to deliver against multiple objectives and priorities on time and within budget. Collaborate and drive partnership across all functions and levels to deliver to the needs of the project and priorities. Keeps ATC on track toward meeting milestones (Credit Application Goals). Maximize business acumen to identify and respond to trends in the business that may impact project scope. Identify and leverage internal / external trends, resources and industry best practices. Responsible for providing report analysis and trends. Provide goal methodology to ensure accurate goals. Responsible for partnering with Store Communications team to ensure integration of co-branded credit card program with all divisional and ATC business strategies. Responsible for partnering with Store Communications to shape field communication strategy. Influence Store Communications to ensure appropriate communication tools are leveraged to support and house co-branded credit card information. Act as the liaison with the Directors’ of Store to shape and influence divisional strategies relative to the co-branded credit card strategy. Influence divisional Field Leadership Teams with regard to program compliance and associate accountability. Develop the content plan for all field meetings in partnership with Senior Director, Store Communications, Directors of Stores and Human Resources, relative to education about client acquisition. Co-facilitate all Field Leadership Team Meetings to ensure desired outcomes are met relative to client acquisition and the co-branded credit card program. Influence on-boarding materials to include educations around the importance of client acquisition through the co-branded credit card. Responsible for field learning platform and educational tools, in partnership with Organizational Effectiveness. Responsible for influencing the Reward & Recognition program to ensure associate behaviors are being celebrated and rewarded specific to the co-branded credit card program. Responsible for development of contests and incentives to motivate associate behaviors, specific to client acquisition. Serve as corporate liaison between Home Office and field. Maximize field travel to ensure consistent execution of the co-branded credit card strategy, as well as field best practices. Influence vendor field representatives. Create exception strategies, specific to non-performing stores / districts / regions. Develop new store strategies, specific to ensuring immediate compliance and accountability. Provide input into the big picture. Influence service standards for vendor management (ensuring vendor alignment with our service platform - Delighting Client Experience). Responsible for the continuous improvement and on-going elevation of the co-branded credit card program through awareness of competitive landscape through active benchmarking.Requirements: 3 - 5 years internal communications experience. Prior experience managing a credit card acquisition program in a retail environment is preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and meet deadlines Ability to influence peers and Senior Leadership Excellent oral & written communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft applications Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong enthusiasm and commitmentMinimum Education Required: High SchoolYears of Experience Required: 3-5 Years
