Job Description:Position Overview: Strategize, propose and implement cohesive Marketing Plan for Ann Taylor Factory Stores (ATFS) and LOFT Outlet Stores (LOS), leveraging the Ann Taylor brand image, within established budget. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:- Develop holistic Marketing program for both ATFS and LOFT Outlet divisions.- Draft and publish Marketing Calendars detailing seasonal marketing campaigns. Present marketing plan and creative at Merchandising/Marketing meetings.- Plan, devise and implement all planned direct marketing and email blast campaigns - Collaborate with merchant and visual teams to ensure production and delivery of cohesive in store marketing programs for compare-at signage, promotional activity and product initiatives. - Plan, draft and update Ann Taylor and Center website content in conjunction with in-store promotions and new store openings.- Manage GoogleAd, ensuring messaging is up to date and the number one position is maintained, while staying within budget.- Collaborate with Center Marketing to capitalize on all mall events to drive traffic and increase sales, including but not limited to: center webpage, billboards, coupon books, tour bus operators, local radio, cable and publications.- Strategize and implement outreach program to drive traffic and increase top line sales- Develop and execute strategy for new store opening promotional events and activities.- Oversee the creative development and execution of all marketing collateral for projects such as: direct mail, email, in-store imagery and interior signage, from inception to completion. Interface with ATC marketing to acquire brand assets.- Work directly with external vendors to deliver marketing collateral according to specifications within budget and required timeline. This includes preparing schedules, issuing purchase orders and following up with vendors.- Partner with Finance and ATC Direct Marketing to evaluate and publish results for all marketing initiatives. Make recommendations for changes in strategy based on results.- Partner with Finance to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered within budget- Manage and develop Graphic Designer.- Stay abreast of ATC and competitor marketing campaigns and initiatives.Position Requirements:- 3-5 years of extensive experience in various aspects of retail marketing, special events, PR - Word, excel a must, In Design, Quark, Photoshop a plus- Creative, imaginative- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion- Flexible, adaptable and resourceful- Strong vendor relationshipsYears of Experience Required: 3-5 Years
