If this sounds like you, we invite you to share in our future and experience great success in your career!Opportunities exist in the surrounding area for:Store Manager Position Overview:To direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client service, human capital investment and retention, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation.Position Requirements: Human Resources: Proven ability to recruit, select and develop store management and team Client Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within the store Leadership: Proven ability to challenge and motivate the management team and associates in an atmosphere of mutual respect Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and substitute within Ann Taylor’s guidelines Communication: Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to store team, Area Manager, District Manager/ Director, Home Office and store associates Business analysis: Ability to forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense in order to maximize store performanceEducational Requirements and Experience: Minimum Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Minimum two years Store Manager experience in the service industry with proven resultsWe offer a highly competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a generous Associate Discount Program.
