Apartment Leasing Consultant

McKinley, a national leader in real estate and property management, has an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join our team.  In this role you will be reporting to the Community Manager at our newest apartment community located in Kalamazoo, MI.

 

As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for showing and leasing vacant apartments; performing customer service related resident services; lease renewals; sales promotions; and other office duties as needed.  The successful candidate will possess six months to one-year sales experience and/or training, and effective communications skills.  Property management experience is preferred, but not required.
