Application Analyst

Job Description:CDI is currently looking for an Application Analyst to join our team.Manage customer calls reporting issues or request for application assistance, create service request and log all activities pertaining to it, while complying or exceed service level metrics for response and resolutions.Notify appropriate personnel of any critical productions issues, as well as any related fixes to facilitate resolution.Act as liaison between the end-users and other levels of support.Create scripting, solutions, and other documentation to other support groups so as to increase knowledge of the system as well as to increase skill level of agents, especially during times of releases, patches, enhancements, or other upgrades to all applications.Work with QA and Development teams to investigate an incident and determine the root cause.
