 Application Customer Support Representatives (2 day shifts and 1 night time shift opportunities) – Tulsa, Oklahoma Description Our opportunities are in Tulsa, OK with one of our Fortune 50 clients whose need is for 3 Application Customer Support Representatives in a Call Center environment, primarily in application support (i.e. calls for account balances, refunds, inquiry, etc). Individuals should know how to use IT hardware and software. The applications you would be supporting, are being run by a number of different software systems. MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE, AND HAVE SUPPORTED SOME TYPE OF APPLICATION, I.E, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES, ETC.. WHEN RESPONDING, PLEASE NOTE THE APPLICATIONS YOU HAVE SUPPORTED. On call rotation required/holiday work required/occasional shift work for backup purposes required, must be flexible. 1 Night shift opportunity from 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM 2 Day shift opportunities These are contract positions for one year with similar extensions.
