Position:  Due to expansion and continuous growth, Seward is currently seeking to expand its architectural, commercial roofing, and residential sales force in Kentucky and south central Indiana areas. Our salespeople work with existing distributors and dealers promoting products to home builders, designers, and code officials. Qualifications:  We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and, most importantly, a CREATIVE individual. Must have a record of success, be a self starter, and possess the proven ability to manage existing business and develop new business introducing new products and applications. He/She must be assertive and eager to compete for market share.

 

Requirements:  This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales to architectural, commercial roofing, and residential construction markets.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

ü  Create & execute customer sales programs

ü  Develop & achieve sales growth incentives

ü  Acquire new accounts

ü  Product sales training meetings for distributors & dealers

ü  Prospecting through various means including Dodge reports, marketing lists, and visiting customers on a regular schedule

ü  Build long term relationships with current and new accounts

ü  Follow up on sales leads

ü  Organize and distribute sales aids and promotional programs

ü  Maintain detailed and accurate sales records

ü  Process expense reports

ü  Write accurate call reports
