Job Description:Great opportunity for the next step in your Accounting career!!Position Function: To assist accounting department in preparing timely and accurate financial information by performing accounts receivable drop ship invoicing, entering customer cash receipts, and preparing accounts payable check runs.Duties:Accounts Payable:-Receiving and invoicing of Purchase Orders related to Inventory receiving, etc.-Receiving and invoicing of Drop Ship Purchase Orders-Prepare AP check run including pulling and matching invoices, printing checks, mailing and filing-Prepare and send wire transfers -Management of business credit cards including entering, timely payment, employee receipts, etc. -Complete any incoming credit reference forms-Reconciliation of Vendor Statements to accounting records-Follow up on invoicing discrepancies with vendors-Follow up internally with any employees approving vendor invoicesAccounts Receivable:-Perform all drop ship invoicing -Entry of cash receipts for customer checks, deposit entry in bank reconciliation module-Entry of credit card deposits, deposit entry in bank reconciliation module -Any additional projects as requested-Filing as needed.
