All candidates must reside in Phoenix AZ or have the ability to relocate. This is a challenging position with several opportunities for career advancement. This position requires that the manager work directly with sales & manage a staff of over 12 Engineers to execute our customers needs. Candidates should meet the below listed criteria. RESPONSIBILITIES:oWork directly with Sales and Deployment Resources to ensure our success. oEnsuring customer satisfaction and SLAs are achieved. oOngoing continuous improvement in Services value to customer and financial performance oMaintain communication with Customers and Managers of the Region oPersonal Management. oBuilding a High Performance Team with high moral. oRecruitment, Interviewing, & Forecasting Staffing requirements. oManage schedule, scope and milestone performance. oManage the day-to-day aspects of projects. oProper staffing & Utilization Management. oManage issue resolution and risk mitigation oContinued focus on Methodologies & Deployment Process. oReview of Project Deliverables. oBuilding and maintaining Subcontract Relationships. QUALIFICATIONS: oMinimum of 5 years Management Experience. oBachelors Degree, PMP, or extended Management Experience preferred. oExtended knowledge of the Cisco Technology. oExcellent understanding of financial processes. Able to create proformas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change. oExcellent understanding of the contract process. Able to manage contract modifications, and take the lead of negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule. oAbility to work independently and have good issue resolution skills. oStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). oValid Drivers License.
