Assistant Account Executive - Hispanic Marketing

Lapiz is looking for a highly organized, proactive, creative thinker to join our Account team. He/she will have daily contact with Clients, in the delivery of integrated communication (includes TV, Radio, Print, Merchandising). Lapiz is looking for someone that is going to bring ideas to the team and contribute to all phases of the work.Required skills: 1-2 years marketing/advertising experience Strong strategic skills background Creativity Leadership Maturity Strong Problem Solving/Analytical Skills Experience/Qualifications: Print production experience Bilingual with strong oral and written Spanish skills Ability to lead projects from start to finish independently but working closely with various Agency and client teams (Media, strategy development, creative development and production) Ability to present/have presence in front of senior level clients Strong organizational skills Can Do" attitude a must Good communication skills – writing and speaking. Personable personality, with a passion for advertising, should not be "just a job"; Desire to grow. Ability to motivate internal (creative/media/production) team and lead projects. Good judgment – know when to involve senior members of the team Creative judgment per experience. AAE must be able to have a command view of the broad picture of the account, and have clear understanding of how his/her 7-12 projects exist and work in relation to the account's broader picture
