Assist in meeting or exceeding branch goals by deepening the existing relationships, developing new and profitable relationships, and minimizing customer attrition. Assist in the delivery of quality customer service. Assist in developing an effective and efficient sales team. Assist in protecting the assets of the bank and our customers. Responsibilities: Assist in overall management of branch including operations, sales, service, audit, and staffing with a primary focus on operations. $50MM-$90MM combined loan and deposit $1.5MM-$3.5MM contribution dollars 10-14 FTE complimentJob Experience:Basic Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED• 3 Years experience in banking including experience in branch operations, consumer banking products with sales, business development and consumer business loan procedures.• 2 Years supervisory experiencePreferred Qualifications:• Microsoft Office products• Knowledge of Bank Applications• Knowledge of Bank Operations• Preferred college experienceNo agencies please.
