Assistant Copy Print Manager

Responsibilities

Assists in supervising Personnel

· Ensures that there is an adequate supply of materials available. Orders, inspects, and store, materials, and/or supplies.

· Assist store manager in closing and opening duties

· Performs a variety of print duties, wide format printing, daily copy jobs,  and /or binding duties.

· Operates and maintains computerized equipment and machinery.

· Operates, maintains, calibrates and adjusts specialized equipment.

· Other tasks as assigned.

· Work closely on Marketing, and advertising  projects

Qualifications/ Ability to:

· Print center experience preferred

· Work with Store MGR and Creative Director to create, develop and produce advertisements, develop literature and future growth of store.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

· Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally

· Assemble, sort, and/or distribute documents, supplies, and/or materials/items

· Plan, organize and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines

· Operate machines used in printing processes  (Wide Format Printers, Scanner, Binding Machine,  etc.)

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.4

· Strong Customer Service and Sales Skills.

· Ability to multi-task

· Computer Skills but not limited to: Adobe CS2 or CS3, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Acrobat, Picture It, Publisher on PC or MAC

· Ability to use technology including opening and printing from a disk, CD and Zip drive

· Cashier Register experience a plus
