Assistant Director, Operations

ICT currently has an opening for an Assistant Director, Operations at our Conway, AR facility.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational performance of accounts, planning and implementing new business growth including new site set up, forecasting and planning activity including revenue, profitability and continued growth of existing center and ensuring center is fully staffed through professional recruitment and training.

 

Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years call center experience as well as working knowledge of call center technologies.

 

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to focus on solution delivery and have the ambition necessary to achieve at the highest level, excellent reporting, analytical and judgment skills, self-motivated and enthusiastic with proven ability to inspire, motivate, lead and develop others, excellent presentation and organizational skills, proven track record of multitasking in a diverse, fast-moving environment.
