Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides local administrative support to a Kimberly-Clark marketing team in the Neenah, Wisconsin facility. The position typically reports to Typically reports to a supervisor or first level Manager, and works with minimal supervision. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Various administrative tasks such as: *Maintaining files *Answering, returning and screening telephone calls and making proper referrals *Operating office equipment *Receiving, referring, non-restricted mail *Arranging meetings *Reviewing drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage *Preparing reports, spreadsheets and graphs for presentations *Arranging travel plans *Maintaining calendar and schedule for several marketing personnel. *Maintain a product sample room as well *Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment KEY QUALIFICATIONS: *Ability to thrive in a dynamic and energy-filled environment *Proficient using person computer programs such as Windows, MS, Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and/or other software as required *High level of initiative *Accurate typing, filing, record keeping, grammar, spelling, written and oral communication skills *Working knowledge of current office practices and procedures *Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with team members of different backgrounds and work disciplines *Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, adapt to change, and handle confidential material is essential *High school education *Minimum three years administrative experience *Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet workload demands
