Execute operational programs aimed at maintaining the physical integrity of the center. Help create an environment that enhances customer satisfaction and tenant sales. Increase shareholder value through expense control and additional income. Assist in the budget and reporting process. Hire and supervise center personnel and independent contractors. Negotiate contracts, issue purchase orders and approve disbursements. Supervise vending and other income. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 yrs related exp with a proven track record of success. Experience in management, property management, sales, marketing, retail or accounting.
