The primary responsibilities of this managerial position will include: the day-to-day management and overall development of a team of 5 to 7 staff members; oversee the component selection processes completed by team members to ensure that custom index products are reviewed and implemented according to their respective methodologies; ensure that licensees are notified of component changes in an accurate and timely manner; identify and implement workflow efficiencies.Position Requirements:The ideal candidate:•Will be a self-motivated individual who is able to multitask, deliver consistent quality results and meet deadlines.•Will be available to work flexible hours when necessary in order to complete assignments.•Will be skilled at building strong team environments and fostering open communications.•Will show a strong interest in market data research and must be detail-oriented.•Experience in areas such as index reviews, research, and operations is preferred. •Will have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related area. .
