Associate Site ID Specialist
Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Reference Code: US_EN_1_025273_7416593 Location: Morrisville Job Status: Full Time, Employee Job Description:Adecco Employment in Durham seeks an Associate Site ID Specialist for a temporary position with a large Pharma candidate in Morrisville. All candidate must meet the educational requirements and must have a clinical research background. Responsibilities Manages site identification for projects that have 50 or fewer sites, with supervision on projects that have greater than 50 sites. Schedules and conducts strategy calls with Clinical Team Leads, Project Managers, Medical Advisors and Site Startup Leads to develop plan for identifying potential sites and processes to be followed for assigned projects. Utilizes historic site performance metrics, site relationships, feasibility data, and other sources to identify sites. Submits investigators for quality assurance review as required. Tracks all project activities in InnTrax. Manages template documents for Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Site Interest Forms (SIFs). Distributes, negotiates and tracks CDAs and other project materials as required. Drafts, distributes and reviews SIFs for completeness and site capability and availability. Responds to site questions about assigned studies in a timely manner. Forwards completed SIFs to CTL with other pertinent site performance information, as available. Reports on project progress to Clinical Team Leads, Project Managers, Site Startup, and department management. Adheres to project timelines and budgets. Provides financial updates to PM each month. Performs other duties as assigned.Job Experience:Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Possess effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Possess strong computer literacy, including well-developed computer skills in MS Word and Excel applications. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks. Must be highly motivated and organized.
