Overview/Responsibilities:

 

Qualified candidates will analyze the strategic and tactical needs of clients and develop and manage deliverable solutions to address those needs.

 

General consulting skills required:  A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience; including directing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives. Capable of establishing immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence versus direct line authority. Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure. Able to balance the demands of multiple client assignments and staff development while pushing the intellectual envelope in search of solutions to complex problems. Possess strong interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large. Creative thinker who regularly seeks innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems


 

 

Position Requirements:

 

Customer Interaction Solutions

 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the Atlanta area including at least 3 of these years in management consulting. Must have excellent CRM experience and a strong balance between business and IT consulting. Candidates must demonstrate project experience covering a broad business base, complemented with a concentration in one or more of the following disciplines: Strategy, Customer Interaction Centers, Business Intelligence, Change Management, Marketing and Sales Optimization, finance / accounting, process management, IT management, project management, supply chain management or business strategy. A balance between business and technology expertise in CRM, especially Siebel, a balance of analytical and operational CRM experience, a proven record of accomplishment in driving business development efforts and delivering on complex projects are a plus.

 

MBA a plus.
