 Responsibilities:

The Automotive Personnel Recruiting Manager will have the following responsibilities; Recruiting, selecting and screening candidates to ensure we are hiring only the highest caliber individuals. Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with governmental regulations. Research, develop and locate potential Candidates utilizing databases, internet, referrals, job fairs and by developing relationships with local dealerships and Universities. 

 

Requirements: Ability to identify Candidates that match the desired profile. Ability to market and sell our company’s attributes to potential Candidates Ability to be proactive, work independently, and create a successful recruiting process. Communication, recruiting, interviewing and computer skills.  Bachelor’s Degree.
