BRANCH MANAGER

Pest Control company is seeking Branch Manager for our Asheville Location. This person will be responsible for the daily operations at his/her branch location including but not limited to some of the following responsibilities:Drivers' license and truck inspections will be made on a quarterly basis. Personally inspect each employee's license, to ensure that any employee driving a Clegg's truck, has a current license. Inspect all equipment and chemicals to guarantee they are in proper working order. (See Vehicle Inspection Sheet) Review time cards and fax to corporate office each pay period. (15th and last day of the month) Payroll will not be handed out before the second working business day after the 15th and the second working business day after the last day of the month. All information in an employees' paycheck is confidential. Paystubs should not be left in vehicle or out on public display. If there is a problem with a paycheck, it is the manager's responsibility to contact the corporate office to resolve the problem. The manager, not the secretary, must sign all WDIR and soil treatment letters that are faxed or mailed out of the office.Petty cash and all expense reports should be turned in on the first working day of the month. Inventory and ordering of chemicals should be done monthly, allowing enough time for delivery. A corporate order form must be completed and faxed. Always keep a current list in the chemical room at all times. This is a state requirement. D & R production reports need to be kept and faxed to corporate every Friday. Managers should know their monthly production percentage.
