BST & RCA Team Coordinator Job Description:Team CoordinatorThis position will assist the RCA and BST Case Specialists by performing some of the administrative work required to keep cases moving. Specifically, this individual will: For BST: Condolence Letters - Prepare and mail within 2 business days from report of death Run query daily to identify claims received and distribute to Specialists Run query daily to identify kits that need to be worked and distribute to Specialists Run query to identify overpayments due, check cases to see if rec’d and send any follow-up letters out to recoup overpayment For RCA: Access Database – log all cases upon initial receipt Send out 45 day reminder letters for packages not returned Send out 90 day expiration letters if forms are not returned For BST & RCA: Imaging – send documents to imaging as needed Faxing – fax documents as needed Other duties will be assigned as needed.Job Experience:See Above.Expected Travel Time: None
