An additional six years of progressive experience as a business/requirements/systems may be substituted for degree. Two years of business/requirements/systems analysis experience in the following:Requirements gathering, analysis and rapid formulation. Experience with user interviewing, JAD and other interactive techniques. Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate and organize information from disparate sources with appropriate levels of detail. Experience working with distributed architectures, web-applications, real time systems and legacy back-end system interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop software engineering life-cycle documentation and use cases. Seeking a self-starter, highly motivated individual requiring little guidance and a team player who can adapt to changes in client requirements and effectively work with other business analysts, developers, testers, and validation staff.Desired Qualifications: Experience using tools such as Requisite Pro, UML, Visio, RUP, and object oriented analysis techniques is desirable. #H67Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. Has basic knowledge in functions they support. Has knowledge and background of other technologies and tools. Has basic understanding of business, market and industry issues facing a specific business unit or function. Supports several simple to moderately complex business processes.This is a demanding position with high interaction and visability within the organization. This business analyst must have good BA skills as well as knowledge of the healthcare industry -- both healthcare delivery (clinical) and healthcare financing (insurance). They must be well organized and have superior communications capabilities. To expand, the selected resource must possess: Knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of Configuration Management tools, experience with large scale enterprise product, experience with relational databases, and management background. In addition, they should have experience in Sharepoint and CMMI Level III.* At least 10 years experience in Configuration Management within enterprise software development projects. * B.A / B.A requiredH37 BA Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
