Branch Manager

MINNEAPOLIS

This position will create a positive work environment, which fosters open communication & a team atmosphere. Duties include providing leadership to Branch staff, assuring quality customer service, staff training & development, developing operating plans & budgets, & business development/ community involvement. Quals: 6+ years branch operations experience including consumer lending, customer service & management exp; strong verbal & written comm skills; & ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Asst Branch Manager

FRIDLEY

In this role, you will be resp for assisting in providing structure & leadership in managing the branch; cultivating employee development through coaching/ leadership; leading by providing professional, knowledgeable & courteous service to coworkers & members; & providing sales leadership & actively pursuing new member relationships. Quals: 5+ yrs financial operations exp, supervisory exp or proven leadership aptitude, sales exp, strong verbal & written comm skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent org & project mgmt skills.
