Job Description:My client is seeking the cream of crop Inside Sales Representative. To qualify for this opportunity candidates MUST meet the following requirements/have the following experience: Excellent telephone skills along with outstanding communication skills & diction. *2+ years of inside sales/phone sales experience with a proven track record for meeting and beating quotas. * Four year college degree in Business, Communications or Marketing. *Energetic, enthusiastic, creative nature with a solid work ethic. *Fearless attitude. *Proven ability to sell a technical product to a non-technical buyer. *Excellent computer skills including Word & Excel along with familiarity of SFA (sales force dot com) and CRM software. *Must have excellent listening, speaking and selling skills. More Info: Training will be provided with an approximate learning curve of 2+ months. Candidate will be following warm leads but will not be required to close deals. This person will be following up on a HUGE number of leads and cannot be easily frustrated or flustered. Base salary, based on experience, will be between $35k and $40k plus bonus potential of $8k-$10k based on company and individual performance using a "Balance Scorecard" approach.
