Organization administering health and pension benefits seeks an individual committed to customer service excellence. The successful applicant will provide information on Funds’ benefits and policies to beneficiaries, assist potential beneficiaries over the phone to complete health and/or pension applications and counsel applicants with respect to Funds’ programs, benefits, policies and programs. Requires completion of community college or vocational school customer service track or certificate program plus one year of customer service experience, or High School Diploma with two years of customer service experience.
