Benefits Field Specialist

Responsibilities:Understand and communicate differences between various insurance products Conduct Benefit Enrollment meetings at client locations for employeesEnsure compliance with Federal and State laws as it pertains to the enrollment process   Ability to educate employees on Oasis insurance plans Ensure a high level of customer service to clients Work in partnership with the Sales Consultants and Client Relations Managers to present benefits package to  prospects when requested, as well as coordinate and attend employee enrollment meetings. Special Projects

Experience and Education:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Health, Life and Variable Annuities license (215) required.
