Job Description:BellevueBilingual Teleservice Customer Service Rep: Must be fluent in French (read, write, speak)You will be handling inbound calls. You will be asking insurance agents specific insurance policy questions while entering into a database. You will be providing information to and answering questions from individuals who are leasing equipment/vehicles and/or vendors and CSRs of our leasing company clients. There is no selling involved. In-between calls, you will be doing insurance document processing. While doing so, you will be making outbound calls requesting that insurance agents provide specific insurance policy information. The Customer Service Department's hours of operation are from 5:45 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Your daily 8-hour schedule will fall somewhere between these hours of operation.
