Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering general customer inquiries, invoice questions and resolve customer concerns and issues effectively in a professional and empathetic manner. 

Excellent communication skills.  Fluent in English and Spanish - written and verbal.

Ability to work in a high energy and team oriented environment, understanding the basic elements of all departments and how they interact.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet and email.  Attention to detail, organized and good follow through.
