Essential Functions:Provide management supervision to a team of sales associates in all pertinent issues relating to sales strategy and goal attainmentAct as coach, mentor & educator of Sales Associates so that company goals are met to the fullestParticipate & communicate your strategic planning strategies to employees within your storeAssist in developing budgets for approval and assuring adherenceReview management plans regular with Company Head of Sales

Qualifications:Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)Strong verbal and written communications skillsSales experience (2 to 4 years) and ability to provide supporting managerial expertiseStrong aptitude for computer technology and solutions to solve business problemsAn excellent leader in building and developing sales professionals
