Job Description:• Accountable for maximizing branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operating losses. Has a personal sales goal.• Focus on sales activities both inside and outside of the branch. Maintain and develop relationships with existing small business customers. Conduct cold calls on prospective small business customers.• Deploy resources to optimize individual and team performance.• Responsible for branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity.• Prioritize, manage, and communicate promotional campaigns and product initiatives.• Ensure quality levels of branch customer service.• Ensure adherence to all compliance and audit requirements.• Develop and manage to branch business plan. Operate branch within budget.• Represent bank in local community organizations.• Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates and sales goals, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.• Develop programs and reward systems to increase morale, develop employees, etc. in order to assist in reducing turnover.• Monitor employee activities, assist with problems, and take action when necessary to ensure work quality standards and planned schedules are maintained.• Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to subordinate group. Branch Assistant Manager experience a plus.• Market growth experience.• Trained in and applies effective sales techniques. Proven sales and negotiations experience. Understands sales management processes.• Knowledgeable on platform and teller operations.• Knowledgeable on banks’ products and delivery channels.• Possesses excellent negotiation and sales skills.• Effective customer and public relation skills.• Good platform presentation skills with strong business acumen.• Effective leadership, management, coaching, presentation and training skills.• Effective problem solving and program management skills.• Excellent customer service skills.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Skilled in applicable computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. • Knowledgeable on the Internet / Intranet inExpected Travel Time: None
