Job Category: Business/Strategic Management Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: ACS inc Buck-Associate, Compensation Job Description:Summary: Associate, Compensation, Researches, collects, analyzes data for compensation decision making purposes, in the executive, broad-based and/or sales compensationDuties and Responsibilities Conducts primary and secondary research and collects information under direction of supervisor Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of data and develops exhibits that summarize findings Participates in the development of client deliverables (e.g., charts, graphs and reports) Works with other analysts under close supervision of senior level consultants Limited client interfacing but may accompany senior staff on client visits in supportive role Special projects or assignments as instructed by your supervisor/manager.
