Business Analyst 3 (Operations Metrics) Job Description:This position is for the world's largest software company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington. Description: The Business Intelligence and reporting team is looking for a Business Analyst to assist with preparing reports. This person will take data which comes directly from customers and put that data into a story. (Ex. 40 calls come in from customers with various issues. It will be your job to take the numbers and data and determine what the problem is, how many have called in with the same issue, what difficulties the customers are having etc.) This data is then given to Executive and field personnel, who will use the data in order to service the customers. Qualifications: Write simple select statement in SQL. Have written analysis or commentary experience. Knowledge of Word & ExcelWe are interested in candidates local to the Pacific Northwest only.
