Job Experience:ResponsibilitiesCandidate should be able to work through complex issues, can figure out or find an answer or solution - by using others to help.Research Issuance System and Operational workflow implications that reflect the appropriate end-user needs and service standards as dictated by business requirements.Meets project implementation deliverable dates through accurate and timely decision-making according to established standards and/or change processes that ensure cleints reputation as a quality, service oriented and value-added organization.Creates suggested system mock-ups and/or workflow adjustments that utilize and/or establish business rule standards across implementations in order to promote modularity, consistency, and efficiency within the policy issuance and policy management systems.Create detailed work requirements that utilize and/or establish business rule standards across implementations in order to promote modularity, consistency, and efficiency within the policy issuance and policy management systems. Should be able to research regulatory questions (e.g. what kind of changes may be needed for a disclosure form) Should take ownership of coordinating the efforts of other business work areas to perform their standard tasks. Help establish target dates and get them to meet those dates.
