Job Description:As a leader in providing consulting services to leading financial institutions in the Charlotte area, we are continually looking to add proven, professional Business Analysts to our ever expanding team in Charlotte, NC.As the Business Analyst, you'll need experience within the financial services sector. In this role, you will facilitate business and user needs analysis to project teams and participate in various stages of requirement and data analysis for project needs. You will work in close collaboration with the Project Managers, business users and technical teams to gather, analyze and create project documentation. Documentation may be comprised of requirement documents, high level design documents, process and data diagrams, business rules and user interface specifications.
