**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT FOR NY'S LARGEST PRIVATELY OWNED REAL ESTATE BROKER**

**NO LICENSE NECESSARY!!**

We are currently looking to fill a position that has tremendous opportunity for both compensation and advancement.

As a Business Development Agent, your role is to ensure that we keep our clients for life. You will be liaising with all our existing clients; cross-selling different areas of our business and acting in an advisory capacity on the selling process. You will also be using your colorful character to establish a new client base and bring on new properties for Fillmore Real Estate to sell as we expand into new areas across New York.

When you join as a BDA, you will be assigned a key territory in New York that will become your responsibility to maximize business within.

Throughout the day you will also be winning new business and pro-actively telephoning potential clients who have not yet made contact with Fillmore Real Estate. It is part of your challenge to advise them on why Fillmore Real Estate is the best real estate company for them to sell their property through.

Every time you achieve a new target you will marks. The marks of each Business Development Agent are immediately updated on boards all over the trading floor so that you can see where you rank against your peers. The higher your position on the board, the more money you earn at the end of the month and so you are in direct competition with your colleagues too.

It is important to use your lively personality and initiative to develop new ways of generating business for yourself thereby increasing your ranking on the board. Training sessions to update and refresh on sales techniques and the property industry will be held on a continual basis to ensure that you have all the up-to-date knowledge you need. The majority of your sales will be conducted over the telephone therefore it is vital that you can convey your knowledge, enthusiasm and energy via this medium.

Compensation is paid via hourly wage plus bonuses and commission.
