Business Development Associate, Dallas/Ft. Worth

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate in Dallas/Ft. Worth. In this role you are responsible for new business development in the "middle" market segments. These accounts will have fairly complex needs and requires interaction with a wide range of high-level decision-makers and influences. Responsibilities: • Implementation of sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of Mid-sized to Large accounts. • Will call on those who influence decisions and decision-makers within accounts and schedule face-to-face contact with prospective buyers. • Manage the transition of new accounts to designated Account Managers. • Develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, and presentations. Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives is helpful. Computer literate: (MS Office), Internet, MS Outlook, Power Point, Access. Time management, problem solving, business management skills must be exceptional.
