Business Project Coordinator

The Business Project Coordinator will plan, schedule, update and control activities to fulfill identified objectives utilizing communication, business analytical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements.

Summary of Key Areas of Responsibility:Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsDelivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations to project and task force teamsLeads internal task forces for a variety of project subjectsResolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashionInspires co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellenceApply foresight and insight to pro actively address risk management issuesEstimate resource requirements to complete planned activitiesAssist in developing project plans and schedules that represent that appropriate level of detail and task interdependency

Education and Experience Requirements:Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong leadership skills and the ability to work well with othersStrong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate to Advanced MS OfficeWillingness and ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a fast-moving businessAbility to multi-task and work efficiently with minimum supervisionDemonstrated personal drive, forward thinker and sense of urgencyMay direct and lead the work of othersBachelor degree 2-3 years experience working with MS Project Management or equivalent software
