Business Services Order Coordinator

This position will support the order activity generated by the Sales Account Team predominantly for Voice sales for the CNY Division. Will manage a portfolio of customers with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction. Associates degree in Communications, Business or Public Relations required, Bachelor degree is preferred. Three to five years Telecommunications, Internet or computer industry experience and working knowledge of PC’s, including proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel are required. Basic knowledge of Internet protocol (IP) network applications; and excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must. Valid NYS driver's license is required. Job Req#: 97839BR
