These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs.  We offer a full array of business process outsourcing services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness. Our GDC resources can expect to:  Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package  The Service Management Representative will perform Service Management responsibilities for the Accenture HR BPO Services account supported out of the San Antonio Delivery Center.  Coordinates collection of metric data from Operations teams, and ensures data is received in an accurate and timely manner. Supports Management Operating System for account (i.e. generates Performance Review reporting and schedules and facilitates meetings). Works with account team to continuously improve delivery of performance content to client. Responsible for ongoing standardization and documentation of reporting processes. Provides ongoing training and coaching to others on new and existing reporting responsibilities to drive continuous improvement. Prioritizes and oversee reporting activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards. Provides training to Operations teams as needed to ensure adherence to Service Management processes. Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  4 years experience in process management, customer service, and/or service delivery operations. 1 year of training or process documentation experience. 1 year of experience working with Excel and Powerpoint Preferred Qualifications:  Experience or exposure to Service Management processes and reporting on SLA metrics Strong communication and organization skills Attention to Detail Polished, professional presence Virtual teaming experience Facilitation skills Project coordination experience Adaptability to change Effective collaboration skills and experience Adept in working across a heavily matrixed organization To submit resume online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
