Business/Systems Analyst 2 (Sales/Comp Reporting) Job Description:This position is for the world's largest software company, headquartered in Redmond, Washington. Are process development, good communication and attention to detail your strengths? We are looking for a Business Analyst to administer, analyze, and report on the revenue based incentive plan for the search media specialists servicing our adCenter advertisers. Description: Key deliverables include ensuring revenue quotas are communicated promptly at start of period, reviewing and approving revenue quota adjustments, and orchestrating regular reports on quota attainment to the extended management team. The Business Analyst will partner heavily with other Business Analysts in CSO and the Financial Compensation Analysts in the finance team who administer the payouts for the incentive compensation plan. Partner with services and sales management to review, verify and approve quotas for our search service teams -Document and update search service team quotas as needed through the incentive compensation plan period. Produce monthly reports on quota attainment. Partner with service operations managers, sales business analysts, and financial compensation analysts to analyze, verify and approve quota adjustments. Maintain documentation on policies for receiving revenue recognition for each adCenter market (US, UK, FR, and CA) and service level. Work with the financial compensation analysts to ensure revenue recognition policies are being accurately reflected in services compensation systems. Work with financial compensation analysts to insure quota attainment and plan participant lists are accurate.Qualifications 3+ years experience of business experience, preferably working within services and/or sales teams and compensation plans Must demonstrate excellent Excel skills Strong verbal communication skills Experience planning, organizing and coordinating Experience with strong customer focus (business partners are the primary customers) 2-year college degree level or equivalentWe are interested in candidates local to the Pacific Northwest only.
